Service Description

Learn how to make a pizza dough from scratch, stretch, pull and bake! A few choices of toppings, a vegetable side and end with a dessert. Chef Polly will teach you how to get the depth of flavors and techniques while encouraging experimentation and building confidence in the kitchen. After all the cooking is done together, we'll sit down to a delicious meal. Non alcoholic beverages are provided and guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
