Service Description

A special dumpling class where we'll make everything from scratch. A few choices of fillings, a few cooking methods, with accompaniments and end with a dessert. Chef Polly will teach you how to get the depth of flavors and techniques while encouraging experimentation and building confidence in the kitchen. After all the cooking is done together, we'll sit down to a delicious meal. Non alcoholic beverages are provided and guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. Class size can range from 4 to 6 people.
