Learn how to make classic Korean banchan in this engaging cooking class. Chef Polly will teach you how to get the depth of flavors that Korean cuisine is known for. First, learn to make the famous Korean napa kimchi from scratch. Then delve into the many vegetable side dishes that make up a Korean meal, from soy bean sprouts to egg souffle. We'll finish the meal with a classic pastry, hotteok with a brown sugar syrup filling. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
